In other news; still snowbound but only barely. I tried to call D.M. both yesterday and today and got the answerphone, and left a message yesterday; feel a bit bad about just hanging up today but gaaaah answerphones *tears hair out* I have vowed to get up obscenely early tomorrow and call.
All the snow is turning to water rather than ice, thankfully; I begged job a to give me a shift tomorrow evening and got a 'maybe'; M is going to cash out the last of his PTO for the year (it gets replenished in 3 weeks) so we can make the rent. *sigh* And I wrote 700 words of unsexy failporn yesterday and nada so far today. I totally needed the break yesterday but today I am just getting stir-crazy. I should go play with my sims or something.
