(The only other thing that has happened is that Precious became unable to use her front right foot. Weirdly she didn't seem to be in any pain, she just refused to put any weight on her foot. We checked for splinters and such, too. As her back left leg is slightly lame, especially when it's cold, this led to some amusing two-legged hopping but mostly it just led to her milking as much attention as she could before deciding that she was now better.)
