Want to get writing again, have toothache. This is my first day off in a couple of weeks and I have no idea when my next will be. Aagh forever. Skipped lunchdate with Notjojo who was also feeling like crud. Self-medicating on choya and way way too much ibuprofen; probably not safe, definitely not working. Need to go to the bank like a motherfucking adult. :(

my interpretation of Video Games incidentally is that the real point of it is the string arrangement which says the emotional stuff lana doesn't because her voice is so mediocre and totally emotionless
lana is going through the motions of what she should do since she's a girlfriend, but the strings are telling us that things aren't healthy.

Teeth, fucking teeth. What is it about toothaches that makes them so much worse than most other types of physical pain, gah. Hope you feel better and find out it's just a cavity or something and not serious. /all the hugs

(Have not read Ch3 yet, because of a combination of not feeling up to it, and then forgetting, haha. It's on my to do list as soon as I quit slacking off at work and get home and settled.)

I DON'T EVEN. and ofc I don't have dental insurance any more, and it was the other side of my mouth that they got all fixed up in November. I just hope I can get through work tomorrow. Tempted to call them to warn them about it if I don't start feeling better soon.

(np, it's not going anywhere and at this point I'd be surprised if I even squeezed out another chapter before March. The drawing board, I am back at it.)

I don't know about prices up in ATL (can't imagine they're much different than here) but I don't think fillings are too terribly pricey? If the dentist's office still has your x rays from last time, it shouldn't be more than 100ish dollars.

Just saying, don't be dumb like me and ignore it until it gets infected.

You are probably right, and M was wondering if we should price a few places out (and just straight-up ask what our current dentist would charge sans insurance, but whole they are lovely and v kind to my evil teeth I have a feeling they're not the cheapest), but oh god do I not have time for this. What I was hoping was to get insurance coverage again in a couple of months and be able to sort everything out then. WHY DOES THE TOOTHACHE NOT WAIT UNTIL I AM READY :(

Well, even if you end up going to a different dentist who is less expensive, you can still ask them to give you your x rays so you don't have to have another taken--that's a big chunk of cash right there (I think it was $75 last time).
