I need to stop expecting anything good out of a culture that thinks cheerleading is a good use of women's physical strength.

I got to see a friend who I hadn't seen in a while, but apart from that it was not even kind of worth the time. Boredom level equivalent to Thor, only with more raeg and extremely lazy writing. My Watsonian question of the day is 'why didn't they give the serum to Peggy?' meh.

I really enjoyed it but mostly for the ridiculous USO dancing scene, and his clear love of Bucky (he cried for Bucky's death, he shrugged off Peggy's aging/assumed death). I have a hard time getting angry about the continuing failings of Hollywood and the comic book industry in general because I am lazy and would rather watch the pretty =(

Also, OMG NEXT YEAR IS THE AVENGER MOVIE!!!!! Which is something I've been waiting for since the aftercredit on Iron Man.
