really tired, can't sleep, start work early tomorrow morning :(
I walked the four miles home earlier, because M was stuck at work; tramping through red mud where someone had ripped up the pavement, listening to Dar, thinking of writing, smelling Georgia breathe damp springtime into its breach between the land and what its colonists have built on it, getting close to home and feeling my feet drawn onward by the loose circle of trees out back - not ealing common, but land that has been like a friend, trees that have told me things, a place between my door and the road that has an inside and an outside.
