Why does my gas bill for the last three weeks have an estimated reading of 0 therms?

Idk if they're paying attention to where responders are in the world; I used several of the fill-in boxes to mention that I was a British citizen, but hey, I don't trust my government to be technologically ept enough to notice who does & doesn't live there.
