things that are great:
Jan. 3rd, 2012 07:19 pm-Grendel believing he is a dear little lapcat. He weighs about 90lbs, but has absolutely no idea of this fact.
-the new Homestuck single; free to stream or a freaking dollar to buy, very very pretty. (and I knew the meaning of the singer's name off the top of my head, lol elvish loanwords. The script on the album cover is also kinda obvious-injoke.)
things that are not great; MY LIFE. We may now be needing to get out of here as soon as next Tuesday and are contemplating staying with Dee down in Florida until April. I do not especially want to do this but it's feasible, cheap and I could work from there. I still don't know how the hell we are meant to get to where we want to be when no one ever ever calls/emails us back and half of them don't even pick up the goddamn phone in the first place. I just. do not know. But the worst that could happen is us being cooped up in Dee's spare room for a few months, so it is not like the end of the world or anything, just the continuation of the inexplicable suck. I should really call Ting for advice but I hate phones and I have no idea what the hell I'd even say.
