thank you. It was complicated because all three of us tended to try our best to avoid him. He hated children and never wanted to have any, so most of the memories I've been stumbling over in the last 3 weeks are bad ones. (I wrote some of them down on lj - which I never normally use, ffff - idk, just needed to be a little ball of pain for a while.)
